A $20M restoration reversed the impacts of a building fire, a century of wear and tear, and decades of deferred maintenance to create this 3 story, xxxsf, 21st century Jazz & Blues Club.

The goal: Recreate the historic facade based on a 1910 photograph with a contemporary addition entirely of steel and glass.
